This website is a meeting place for music lovers to express their dissatisfaction that governments continue to support Genocide against the Palestinian people, and, in so doing, breach International Law. It is a place to socialise, encourage each other, to share resources, successes and frustrations.
As the movement grows, this website will be developed towards a more useful resource. Initially, it is a launch pad to start to build momentum.
There is no membership, as such. We encourage diversity, discourse and even dissenting views. However we will challenge disrespectful behaviour and information which cannot be verified. People repeatedly behaving in a way contrary to expectations of the majority of users will be asked to leave, and may be forcibly removed. Any posts which may be considered ‘hate speech’ may be referred to the appropriate authorities, together with as much identifying information as we have.
Please consider volunteering your time and talents to help build the movement, and ultimately to end the unnecessary suffering in Palestine.
Step 1: start to use the hashtag #christmasinaminorkey and share it with friends
Step 2: start playing christmas tunes in a minor key, and be ready to explain why you are doing so
Step 4: invite your favourite artists to join the movement by posting on their websites and social media
Step 3: persist and get (constructively) angry! This issue is too grave and urgent to remain silent.
Please send your suggestions, encouragement and complaints to action@christmasinaminorkey.info
In time, there will be sections on this website to share resources, your successes and frustrations.
